I can help you wade through the misinformation and determine a plan that will best meet your needs from where you are now and where you want to be in the future.

Who Am I?

Hi, I'm Kim.  I've been on my own transformative journey the past 2 years.  I've lost 48 pounds and have learned how to optimize my health through diet and exercise.  I didn't always take the easiest way--is there an easy way? However, I learned a lot about myself and what it means to eat healthy, set reasonable goals, and achieve those goals.  I would love to be able to help you with your own journey and share with you what I've learned along the way.

I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  I have taught boot camp classes as well as training one on one with clients.  It has been so exciting for me to watch and teach others how to find their inner strength and achieve goals that may not have been attainable otherwise.
